This is Scruffy. When he was nine months old he watched his previous owners pack up and leave him in the back yard chained to a fence with no food or water, basically left for dead. He barked for a week until he was discovered and me and my grandmother ended up bringing him home. Scruffy is now thirteen and still has the spirit and energy of a puppy, the days of abuse far behind him.
